Learn to Skate Academy Summer Program 2020

The Summer Training Camp is a 9 week program. you can sign up for one week, two weeks, or all in any combination.

Program Dates

Week 1: June 1st-June 5th               Week 5: July 6th- July 10th
Week 2: June 8th-June 12th
             Week 6: July 13th-July 17th
Week 3: June 15th-June 19th
          Week 7: July 20th-July 24th
Week 4: June 22nd-June 26th
         Week 8: July 27th-July 31st

Week 9: August 3rd- August 7th

No lessons June 29th- July 3rd

2020 Summer Program

Mission Statement

The mission of the Spirit Hockey Academy Summer Program is to provide comprehensive training for children and teens. Our goal is to provide players with the correct mental and physical skills to maintain a high behavioral and competitive standard throughout all aspects of their lives.

The Summer Program is a full day, weeklong camp divided into a four week intensive training for players already engaged in league play and a 3-week Learn To Play Camp to boost new players to be ready for the coming Fall Season.

Session Dates:

June 1— June 26 14 & Under Intensive Training

July 6—24 Learn To Play Camp

 USA HOCKEY Registration Required

We happily welcome novice through advanced players that have a desire to engage in a full spectrum development camp and accelerate their game!

Full Gear will be provided to Learn to Play skaters that need it!

*We may recommend that first time or novice skaters take the Learn to Skate Summer Program before moving into the Hockey Program.

Weekly Overview:

Week 1: Power Skating/Conditioning

Week 2: Edge Control Intensive

Week 3: Stickhandling Intensive

Week 4: Shooting Intensive

Week 5: Game Strategy
